It provides an innovative and interactive way for customers to communicate with companies and vice versa.
Click2Call
Click2Call similarly adapts the SMS director technology to the web. Although Click2Call is available in other forms throughout the world, no one can combine the two technologies and report in the one document. "Text toTalk" is not available in any other format.
Immediate Reporting
The Reporting functionality of both "Text2Talk" and "Click2Call" is live online and available 24/7 accurate to the second. The technology is built on a flexible platform called "SMS Director" that allows a range of complementary applications to be developed in a cost effective fashion with multiple redundancy systems.
