Feedback

The handset user rates their business experience either during or following their visit to a store, restaurant, branch etc.

The business would elect to enable some feedback scores to prompt an immediate call back.

Uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing a feedback score
  • Providing feedback comments
  • Providing improvement suggestions

For example a bank branch customer may have a poor experience and text a low score to 13TEXT. (NOTE:bankXYZ@1 = score of 1 out of 9 for the customer experience at bankXYZ with a comment of “slow service”).

The bank would then send an SMS back to the customer explaining that they would like to do something about it immediately and prompting them to text ‘yes’ for an immediate call back.
