Differentiation

The client can choose particular words that will best describe their service or services.

For example, a bank might choose the word “LOAN” to use in the press and “MORTGAGE” to use on TV to track which medium works best for them and which will be easy for the clients to remember. Ask yourself if you can remember the phone number of ANZ or Commonwealth or NAB or Westpac banks?

All these brands spend millions of dollars trying to get us to remember their phone numbers, but we never can. How much easier would it be to remember: text “LOAN” to 13TEXT?
