The handset user responds to an advertisement they have seen and sends the word(s) that the advertiser has prompted them to send.

e.g. ‘HOLIDAY’, ‘HOME LOAN’, ‘FIJI’.

They are then instantly connected to the business that is enabled to use that particular ‘keyword’.
