Do
I need to purchase software to set up 13text for my company?
No. SMS Feedback has the entire required Infrastructure already operational. Your company does not need any
special software or equipment at all.
What is a 13text keyword?
13text Keywords are the words your company selects for customers to use to contact you.
They fall into two categories:
Branded and Premium keywords. You can purchase some of each.
What is the difference between a Branded keyword and Premium
keyword?
A Branded keyword is a company brand name that no other company
may use (e.g. Hertz, IBM, Virgin, Jetstar etc). Premium keywords are words that are classified as industry-specific words
(e.g. Hotel, Taxi, Cab, Accommodation, and Flight), Premium
keywords could be used by many different companies in that industry.
How many keywords can I have?
There is no limit to the number of
keywords you can purchase, but you may not purchase keywords that contain
the names of your competitors. SMS Feedback reserves the right of allocation of requested
keywords .
Can I use 13text to track and monitor my marketing campaigns or my callers?
Once you have registered for 13text, SMS Feedback will send you your account details. This will include your
login details. Once you have logged into your account you can track detailed information right down to the individual call
level.
How soon after
registering can
I use 13text?
The registration process will take between 24 and 48 hours. SMS Feedback requires this time to validate and
verify the keywords you request. SMS Feedback will email your account detail to you once the registration
process has been completed.
Can I change my account settings?
Once you are logged in you will be able to customise your 13text requirements. You will be able to request
hard copies of reports, configure destination numbers, and adjust your account settings to suit your
requirements.
How
will my customers know what my keywords are?
You promote and advertise your keywords in exactly the same
way as you promote and advertise any of your products, services
or contact details.
Your keywords can appear in your:
- brochures
- radio
and TV ads
- magazine
and newspaper ads
- billboards
and posters
- in-store
posters
- and
alongside your telephone number or toll free number on your
stationery.
But the real beauty of keywords is that people may even guess
what your keyword is. If you own the keyword 'hotel' - travelers
guessing 'hotel' when they need accommodation will get through
to you. What could be easier?
How many keywords do I need?
We recommend that you have at least two keywords. One should be the most commonly used version of the
name of your company, e.g. BestTaxis – and one that describes what you offer,
e.g. taxi.
How
will my customers know what number to send the keyword to?
People using 13text need just one nationwide number,
regardless of which company the are trying to contact: 13text.
That's
the beauty of 13text! Once someone knows about 13text they can
text ANY company that offers
13text.

Prices vary depending on how many keywords you'd like to

What are the terms and conditions related to the use of
keywords?
All Branded and Premium keywords will only be allocated by SMS Feedback to an applicant/company when the
applicant/company agrees to and accepts the SMS Feedback
Terms &
Conditions. SMS Feedback has the right,
at its discretion, to withdraw the use of any Branded or Premium
keyword with or without notice and without any
form of recourse to SMS Feedback.
